The additions are the Windows Forms Client so you can use the demo without all the infopath setup specified in the instructions – and a BAM folder (instructions for the BAM part to come). If you just want the WinForms client – open the B2BPatternDemoWithWindowsFormsClientOnly.sln instead of the B2BPatternDemo.sln.
So I just watched Don’s TechEd talk. Quoting Don – “Learn BizTalk Server” (it was on his slides too). Nuff said.

I still prefere the GenerateCSFiles for seeing the code, but for debugging his technique works great.
